I've never heard of this or seen it. But there's so much I don't know since I didn't grow up with this technology and it moves too fast for me too.

The Q starts with the "K" sound, so with that following the letter C, which sounds like "see", together it sounds like "seek". Then, the only sound that's left is "U/you.

I bet this is just a fraction of stuff I don't know. I'm not even good with shortcuts so many people use like "TTYL" which means talk to you later. One of MANY....

ICQ was a chat program back in the 90's. You had a number rather than a username, which limited it's popularity compared to AIM (who later bought them IIRC).
