I could use the help, there is no question that I'm down to the wire; however, I don't know whether I have all the paperwork in order to apply.

I've been so depressed, I haven't even filed my taxes... I am embarrassed to admit this.

I'd offer to help with the taxes paperworks but I'm not in the USA so I'd probably tell you wrong of what to put

Am i remembering right that its only people in the USA who can get it, docjohn, or did i make it up ?

I remember the help this provided me back in 2008 when because of a crooked heat & A/C installer I ended up with a $1,600 electric bill that winter. Will ALWAYS be thankful for the help that provided
