It seems DocJohn has been here the longest, 05-24-2001, Fuzzybear & lizardlady are 2nd longest for active members. The IowaFarmGal has the most posts, 110,178. There's a good chance SlumberKitty has given the most hugs, 118,633.

We began the forums in 2001 as the "Forums at Psych Central." After I sold the main Psych Central site in 2020, I had to rename the forums to their current name. We are an independent community. So we're 22 years old!

I've been here since June 2016 but I didn't start posting much until 2018 or so. I am a completely different person in real life then I am on here. My therapist said to me "you don't seem like the type to get angry and I've been called "the nicest person you will meet." Idk. I just call it bussiness in the front, party in the back.

My Support Forums have been a major form of support to me and others. I also shared my journey with others and hope that I have helped some too. I like chatting to many members and I would call them friends.

Just curious, how long have you been here? I remember when this was PsychCentral, now its My Support Forums - either way I think it's a great resource and I am so thankful that this community is still here.

Wow can’t believe it’s been that long, time flies and I was in college when I first joined. With my current account, I’ve been here since April 21st 2016 but the very first account I had was in April or May of 2013. I remember when it was Psych Central too, I think the name was changed just a year or so ago so it hasn’t been too long. A lot has happened since then and lots of learning has taken place, I’ve reread some of my first posts and I cringe at the way I worded some things since it sounds so whiny even though that wasn’t the intent.

It says 2015, but after I first joined I was not visiting here for a couple years. Then I came back for a while. I haven't been around much (just off and on) for the last year. Kinda went elsewhere.

This is true! @arich62 - there was a lot more people back then, but I find that this forum is pretty active too at certain times of the day- you can still get lost here for sure!
