Hi all,
My work is hosting a fundraiser, and there'll be about a dozen or more departments who are participating in this fundraiser. Each department comes up with a theme for prizes and individuals from that department contribute to their theme. I'm in charge of coordinating my department's theme, and I'm very happy with how it's coming together, and I could enter into my own theme if I wanted to, but would it be wrong of me to win and collect the prize if I'm in charge of leading it? What are your thoughts? |

Yes. Enter into the other departments' raffles do there's no shadow cast.

I wouldn't so much say it's "wrong" but if you win, you know people would cry, "Rigged!"

If you enter & win your own I would decline the win & give it to the next person or things could be said about it being rigged.
I would either silently donate or I would enter another department's if you want your winnings if you are chosen. That way no questionable can be even possibly brought up. This would be the ethical thing to do
