I wonder if Oprah got on ozempic or whatever and lost the weight and then ditched weight watchers because its beneath her now.

I think its because ozempic lawsuits are starting where people are dying or getting really sick, and she doesnt want to empty her pockets.

some lady from australia or new zealand? Started barfing up brown stuff. But yeah the lawsuits are starting. I think people are staying on the medicine after they start experiencing bad side effects. Does it help you normally ? My doctor just put me on it, mentioning something about sleep and it's also supposed to help muscle cramps and pain which is what I'm having. My bottle says Magnesium Oxide and I don't know if that's the same as magnesium. And too tired to look it up.

It’s hard to tell. Magnesium was recommended to me by both a counselor and nurse practitioner, so… maybe? I know there are a couple of types of magnesium—one kind is absorbed more easily by the body, but I just buy the biggest bottle that is one pill a day and maximum strength. I also take a time release melatonin and take a mouthful of honey as well.

How long have you been taking it? I just started a couple of days ago so I guess I won't be able to tell until some days have gone by. At least a week but just guessing?

Off and on about ten years, so quite a while. It’s no guarantee for good sleep in my case, but I try and do what I can.
