Hey guys!

So, one of the biggest lessons I learned in therapy is that when you are deep in your worries, fears, anxiety and troubles, it is good to make a gratitude list. It can help bring things in better perspective for you and help you see some of the good things, instead of always focusing on the bad.

Usually they say, you can list ten things, but I welcome you to list however many you want, at least once a day on this thread. Who knows, it may help us on our journey to some find some peace every day.

I'll start with 2.

1) Today I am grateful to spend time with my parents. I know one day I will look back and be thankful that I did.

2) Today I am grateful that I have income and to be able to support myself, it has helped me regain my independence.

I’m grateful for the place I live. It’s income based.

I'm grateful I have a decent job, even though it's just part time.

I'm grateful for my housing, it's subsidized so it's affordable.

I'm grateful for my friends. They've stuck with me through everything.

1. Grateful that God is always there waiting to listen. I can tell him everything I’m feeling at it’s core. I have to do this when things are good or bad though. Not only go to him when it’s bad.

2. I’m so grateful for the sunnier weather.

3. I’m grateful for my family.

I'm grateful I moved. It a lot more peaceful here.

I'm grateful to have gotten some guidance and support on working with a disability and going back to work.

I'm grateful that that there are certificate and degree programs fully online.

I'm grateful that I have a psychiatrist who I like.

I'm thankful for good health. At 55 I can still run and do most of the stuff I want to.

I’m grateful to have an opportunity to learn more art. I’m the least experienced person there but I’m learning loads
