Here’s a list of what I learnt
1. Colour codes. Always wear opposite colours, for example- light cream pant with purple shirt and some printed light blue stars
2. I put eye drops, deworming medicine and anti fungal medicine for my pet cats
I’m planning to put a mixture of water, ACV and lavender oil for ticks. Taking care of cats gives a fulfilling feeling
3. When we do something good we feel like doing more good things
4. My morning routine involves freshening up, stretching and fixing breakfast. Stretching can make our body look more supple and smooth
5. Applying oil allows us to observe our body and take care of it
6. Stress often causes hair fall.
7. Exercising reduces pimples, affects insulin resistance and androgens, reduces PCOD symptoms and helps reduce pain due to inactivity
8. There are a variety of stretches for every part of our body. Chest, neck, back, abdomen, hips, legs and arms.
9. A balanced diet can reduce problems associated with vitamin B and it’s types
10. Depression reduces mineral absorption in the body
11. ADHD can hinder us from effectively making a timetable
12. Ptsd causes us to become tense, stiff, distracted, dissociated and addicted to surfing the Internet or even doing nothing and just staring into the abyss
13. Singing and dancing can be learned
14. I love books about self improvement. I read a book called Toxic Parents by Susan Forward. It teaches us to heal ourselves. A very underrated book. My favourite is writing fairy tales to give our life a happy ending
15. My mother often helps around and jumps to do things and show others how useful she is. Too much of this behaviour can be called attention seeking. I refuse to jump around to help and am ridiculed by her for it. I remind myself, “boundaries!” And then I get back to my life

Gees that’s an impressive list.

I planted lavender which I think is keeping them at bay from my lounge. Not so much my bedroom. They’re coming in through the fly screen.

Loved learning all my life & will continue to learn for the rest of my life. Always been an explorer & my farm with woods gives me lots to explore. My 7 mo old aussie shepherd puppy gives me lots to learn cause he us always breaking things & I have to learn how to fix them. A life without learning is boring IMO
