After seeing some incredible finished projects I decided to try out needle felting. I didn't like it much at first. In part because the directions that came with the kit I bought were horrible. In part because I was trying to rush things. I expected gorgeous finish products that looked like what I saw on line. Instead mine looked like a five year old did them.

Had a talk with myself and told myself to slow down and give myself time to develop my skills. I also bought a book with good, detailed instructions. I finished another one last night. Doesn't look to bad. Am also enjoying it more since I changed my POV to seeing this as a learning experience.

Anyone else here do needle felting?
