You must live near me. I live next to a farm / conservation area and last night they put on a fireworks show there. It was soo loud. I complained on my local town page before it happened. But I walked outside and I could hear all dogs in the neighborhood going mad. They shouldn't allow fireworks in a residential area. I am so angry about it I am considering going to my next select board meeting to complain.

Who are the people who like fireworks and why do they always get to rule?

I always think that people who randomly shoot fireworks are the same people who drive high or drunk. No consideration for others safety.

I like 4th of July firework officially sanctioned and organized by the city or other official organization and they are done by 10-11pm and not in a residential area. I don’t understand shooting fireworks all night in one’s yard. It was all night by us.

It's every Friday night in the complex here anyways. There were a few more people getting in on it last night than usual, but it's whatever. Weird thing is there was a much louder explosion yesterday than most civilian fireworks, rumor is it was a M80 so gotta love the responsibility there.

I love PROFESIONAL fireworks displays put on by a city or community. Those are fine. The hold-my-beer redneck displays anger me. If they want to play with explosives, join the Army. They'll get to play with REAL artillery AND get paid to do it.
