I drank a can of this chocolate drink called Yoo-Hoo last night and it tasted a bit off but I didn't think much. Then right after I got really sick. Today I feel like I have food poisioning or something. Just a total loss of appetite and feeling like complete crap physically. I looked at the can and saw it expired May 10th 2021.

Is that bad or will this pass?

I did get some new stuff to drink today.

I slept a lot yesterday. All afternoon and until 8:30 at night. Then I slept until 11:30PM -5:30 this morning. I feel a lot better today and I'm eating normally. So it was for sure a stomach bug from the expired Yoo Hoo.

With food poisoning you’d have upset stomach and vomit. Simply not feeling well isn’t food poisoning.

It might be nothing but in general expired food or drink isn’t a good idea.

I was throwing up and I had an upset stomach. I also had this real bad headache and I just in general felt very weak and tired.

Not a good idea but we all make mistakes. Hope you're feeling better now!

How are you doing today?

I think things like soda are okay a few months after their date but not a few years. Apparently there can be chemical reactions when they go off and definitely explain your symptoms.

Oh dear, that's horrible. Hope you're feeling better by now, though.

Basically how you feel now is how I'd imagine I'd feel after drinking essentially 3 yr old milk. Shouldn't die from from it though🙏

I feel fine now. It was just a 24 hour thing I guess. I got some other stuff to drink that isn't expired.

Yay, glad to hear that Mountain. Oh, ok, so it was a soda not a chocolate milk drink. I see.
