I kinda feel like I'm gonna explode because my 10 and 8 year old nephews and my almost 2 year old niece are screeching non stop and my blood pressure is in the 140s over 90 something and I just yakked up some carrots.
My 10 year old nephew keeps asking for a particular pair of my Nikes and hes not getting them. I already gave him a pair and a bunch of pairs of Vans __________________ I'm Blue |

So far I'm ok. I haven't thrown up and I took care of my nausea quickly. My anxiety is fine and so are my moods. I've been taking my stomach med properly for awhile and not forgetting it. So maybe its starting to work more. I have more issues later in the day but as long as I don't eat 5 beef jerky sticks I'm hoping to be ok.

I haven't gotten sick today for once. I haven't had any coffee. Just some soda which doesn't seem to be the issue. I did have some nausea but it was controlled. I'm lacking a lot of energy lately and I'm not sure if I need to push myself more or maybe I do need to legit talk to my pdoc about possible depression. I'm mainly just lacking energy and tired all the time. I don't feel like hopeless and stuff and my anxiety has improved. I'm eating and sleeping pretty normally.

Got dishes done today and meal prepped breakfast for the next couple days. Took a shower. Working on letting go of the guy I have feelings for. Gosh that's a hard one. Later I am going to clean up the kids game room because the cat has been peeing in there.. needs a good deep clean. It's nice to have the energy to do these things after weeks of being depression bed bound.

I'm doing ok. I left my house for once without any issue. I'm a bit achy right now but overall I'm doing fine. I'm trying to push myself more and its working I think, but I'm still tired a lot.
