Desperate, wish I could rewind to life before 30s. It is not a matter of solitude -i don't suffer that, i have friends- but mistakes i made that f****d up my life. Work related
I lost everything in the last 7 years. Absurdity happened. |

Hungry. Couldn’t eat lunch because of my esophagus so I’m looking for soft food for supper. Hmmm 🤔 could do the fried rice. But overall I’m good.

These dog days of summer make me feel so sluggish and tired. Its like this breif period where I get summer SAD for a a couple weeks from late July until mid August.

I'm very tired today, but I think my stomach is calming down. I drank coffee without an issue. Now its Powerade thats giving me trouble. I'm watching the olympics instead of the news.

I have been a bad person and admitted it too late to myself. I've changed inside, even if i am still not a Saint
I wish a god could come to me and demand my life in exchange with my father's one. I wish I could be send to shadows brutally and give him and my mother their lives back. I would accept When I was young, i was so egoist that i wouldn't do it |

I thought I was having a heart attack earlier and it freaked me out and I had no idea what to do so I just ate some saltine crackers thinking it was heartburn and it did help. Although I still don't feel that great and my doctor did comment on my blood pressure today.

I took my cats to the vets. It was $542 for the both of them. That was actually less then I was expecting. They needed shots and ear medcine. I feel like crap again, but I'm just pushing through things.

I was feeling fine until my stomach crapped out on me for no apparent reason. Tums, Dramamine, Prilosec, and saltine crackers didn't work. I just took a Zofran and things are kinda manageable.

I was doing bad and then ok. Then I had to go pickup groceries. I had my Mcdonalds boo bucket with me, but I was still miserable. But my fridge is full now at least.

That Zofran is catching up to me. I've just been in the bathroom all afternoon and I got some Phlips but its not doing anything and I really don't want to go to the ER for a possible blockage. Plus nothing I'm eating is staying down so I'm a bit light headed as well right now. I'm trying just to manage things on my own. I had to go off my Prilosec for mental health reasons. I have a call into my doctor
