Because I didn't get sick today and I haven't had any soda at all. Idk if its the only answer to this issue but it should at least help. Thanks to the people who told me drinking it was an issue.

I wonder if you would like just like sparkling bubbly drinks but not soda. La Croix and Bubbly are good ones, if you have traders joes by you they have good ones too. They satisfy my crave for pop but they are much healthier

I think its the carbonation for some reason that makes me sick. I drank a couple Kool Aid juice boxes tonight and they were fine. I also had 1.5 iced coffees and they were fine too

Then again I didn't have any real greasy food, or any fast food or much of anything to eat either.

Good for you! I hope it helps.

Did they find anything new in there or is it still the ulcers?

Its still the same stuff. So they want to try Reglan. But theres a major interaction between one of my meds so I'm waiting to hear back from my pdoc.

I'm just kind of in limbo right now until I hear from him but I might just have to wait until my October appointment

I googled the reglan. I hope stopping soda helps enough so you dont have to take reglan. The side effects sound pretty bad, even tho those arent certain to happen.

What are the side effects? I googled them yesterday and they were just like drowsiness and other stuff like that.

I have an NP appointment on Monday about the Geodon

Yeah. Tardive Dyskinesia can be permanent, continuing even after a medication is stopped.

Another side effect was anxiety, which was something you were worried about with some of your past meds possibly affecting your emotional state.

Are you using google? How many articles did you look at? Plus your dr should have warned you. Maybe you could keep a food diary for a week or two and review the puke results with him.

I've looked at them and I trust my doctors know what they are doing.

I'm not sure its just the soda because I've been violently puking my guts out these last couple hours. I'm trying to deal with the constipation from the zofran so maybe it was the milk of magneisium I took. Idk. But I don't feel too good right now.

I’d try very bland diet no spice and no fried foods only steamed etc for a few days and see if you feel any better. Maybe even liquid diet. See what happens?

I took a couple Dramamine and my stomach has been fine all day. No nausea or vomiting or stomach pain. Just a lot of napping. I wonder if Dramamine would be just as fine as Reglan.

I think Dramamine is to help with nausea that isn’t caused by stomach issue/bad diet/gastro health problem. Isn’t it for motion sickness nausea? I’d talk to a doctor first if Dramamine is a course of action

The NP I talked to is wondering if the Geodon I've been on for 17 years is causing issues. She reduced it and wants me to wait until my pdoc appointment to discuss the reglan. But she kinda swears its the long term use of Geodon. And I have noticed my nausea seems a bit worse after taking it.

Yeah, it'd be a combo of things probably, including soda. Too much. No good. Ex gf - same thing. Sick.

Good on you Mountain✊
