Are people hoarding it again? Idk if I have any left in general. Not that I would hoard any.

I hope people didn't think I was panic buying coffee yesterday lol. Just my monthly 7 bottles so I can avoid Starbucks hopefully and save money.

MD, in my area people were panic buying tp prior to the hurricane. That is typical. People panic buy water and toilet paper before the storm arrives.

I overheard something yesterday that people were panic buying to due to the long shore man strike. I know there are predictions of various shortages due to disruption of the supply chain. Not sure how/why that would impact the though.

People are clearly worried about it. My Walmart today had both the toilet paper and paper towel aisles blocked off as they were restocking everything and Aldi was nearly out (they had about 3 packs) of toilet paper and I think they were out of paper towels. I had toilet paper on my list just because it was time and I was so surprised at Walmart that I forgot to get the next thing on my list.

Well the longshoremen decided to freeze the strike until Jan 15. They will be back at work tomorrow. Hopefully that puts an end to the tp shortage.

I wonder if the union decided that a strike when the entire southeastern part of the country is destroyed was not a good idea.
