I was kind of out of it last night and I ordered 2 cans of Green Giant pumpkin because I've never had straight up pumpkin and it sounded intresting.
So can you eat it from the can or do you need to legit use it in a recipe?

Pumpkin purée or pumpkin pie filling? I know purée can be eaten on its own or spooned into shakes, smoothies and on yogurt I m not sure about pie filling which has added sugars and spices. I’d think it would be fine too.

It’s better mixed into a smoothie or oatmeal than by itself. But it’s a great nutrition supplement.

You can eat it by itself but I don’t think it tastes great. I’d mix it into something. Try it when it comes.

You can eat straight puree. I've had a bit (linked a spoon). It tasted OK.

Just don't eat too much at once. That's what you give dogs or cats with constipation....

It got here today and I just tried it and I have to keep myself from eating the whole can. I really like it.
I like and dislike the weirdest things I guess it was just one can though. So $7 for a can. Yeesh.

They didnt have it in store. Only for shipping. But I found it at another store for like $3.40 a can
