Its been about a week tommorow for me. I haven't needed to go anywhere and theres stuff going on. I'll have to take one tommorow so I can go get bloodwork.

I live on a farm in the subtropics. I take at least one shower a day.

Daily in the summer. Every other day in the winter.

I have to every day no matter the season or I wouldn't feel right. I take one right before bed - it really helps me sleep to feel fresh before curling up before bed. Weird I know.

At least three times a day. I run so I get funky and gross. Plus I shower just before bed as it helps me sleep.

Once a day if it’s a normal day. Sometimes two if it’s hot or something. On a rare occasion I might skip a day if am sick or something.
Even if don’t feel like showering sometimes, I can’t go unwashed to work or be around other people. They won’t appreciate it lol |

Lately it’s been everyday just because it makes me feel better mentally. A lot of times though it’s every other day. It’s hard to motivate myself to actually get in the shower but once I’ve showered I always feel so much better
