Here's a few...Richard Simmons (sweating to the oldies)..lol

Or Jane fonda I hear has a few good ones out. Do you have access

to a work out channel? There's some good exercise programs

going on most of the day. Are You in a safe place to do some

simple walking? I grab my Mp3 player and do Laps around the

neighborhood. I lost 28lbs last year just walkin fast....

Hope this helps... Ever exercise to a work-out tape?

Buns of Steel is awesome

The Firm series is the best though...imo

You have to find what you need the most though, aerobics, muscle strengthening, or flexibility. If your just beginning then start off with something for beginners and most films will say it on the covers.

if your joints are okay, denise austin is awesome. you sweat the whole time and it gives you energy. but my joints are dead so it kills me to do. my knees and my hips especially. so i do pilates. ana caban has several dvd's of pilates and you can do anything from beginners to core challange. i like the core challange. only now i have a pooch but rock hard upper abs lol.
