This is thread to celebrate even your small steps toward progress.

Has anyone made any small steps toward improvement in their conditions?

It's okay if you go back in steps a little bit. As long as you keep fighting the fight, it's all good. Even the Small Steps Count

My small step was helping move around some furniture yesterday despite feeling a little bit anxious and fatigued. I was a bit proud of myself. Even the Small Steps Count

I have spent a lot of time working on my own web site. Have had some technical problems to figure out and am very proud of myself for being able to do so.

I invited someone out for dinner, even though it was really hard to do, and she accepted and I wound up having a good time.

Yesterday's small step:

I felt like I wanted to get an anxiety attack while watching a movie. Instead, I put forth all of my effort to pay attention to the story on the tube, and ended up completely into the movie. It ended up being an enjoyable evening.

It's really hard but so far, here are the things I have done:

Try going in all my college classes. (Okay, I still missed out about 3 times >.>)
Try going out again with close friends. (I didn't go in one, but I have another one coming up. I hope I make it.)
