Orange did you lose your gas cap? When hubby and I were dating he had a restored 67 mustang. I had his car and thought I'd do him favor by gassing it up before I brought it back. I left the original gas cap at the station. Still bothers him after 24 years!

I was 16, it was 24 years ago! All the caps are now attached and if you don't screw them on tight on a chevy the service engine light will come on. I being a good car owner and the thing being under warranty rushed it to the dealer for them to determine the problem. They even wrote "loose gas cap" on the Dx.

I have a Chevy too and I always get the Check Engine light, lol. My attachment thingy broke and I forget to look for a gas cap with it attached EVERY time I buy a new one. Orange Blossom's Gas cap?

lol Orange, I'm glad I'm not the only one. It takes a full tank of gas to reset. If something really goes wrong, I'm screwed cause I always thing "oh crap, I didn't put the gas cap on tight again."

Muff is so helpful finding all of those caps for you. Although some look like they're from a lawn mower.

You can ride a lawn mower!

Ew, you were in MI? Same place where I lost hubby's cap. I have a new theory, someone's stealing them! We didn't lose them, someone took them!
