I'm the worst for buying exercise equipment and not using it. I've seen the ads for the "Abrocket" exerciser on TV. Has anyone here tried it? Would like your reviews if you have!

some advice, all of these "Ab" things are a complete waste of your money. Men's health has an ab routine consisting of 6 simple exercises that target all muscles in your midsection. All you need is a basket or soccer ball and a sturdy bench, follow the routine and you will notice firmness there within a week, I recomend a visit to their website or purchasing one of the books at your local bookstore.
Also you want to raise your metabolic rate through, aerobics, and Tai Chi, and other cardio, in order for your abs to be defined you have to burn off the surrounding fat deposits. Not only will this make you look better, but getting rid of the "gut' will significantly lower your risk for heart and kidney problems later in your life Good luck! TJ |

Thanks for the feedback, Tim. You sound as one who is physically fit! I, on the other hand, am badly out of shape! I will look at the website you mentioned.
