Hi, all,
If you have time, please take a look at the video I posted in our Video section of Paul Potts from the Britain's Got Talent program. I never watch these talent shows, but today the State Supt. of Schools ended his presentation with this video. I found myself weeping uncontrollably at the profound talent of this mobile phone salesman, who said he had problems with self-confidence. I could so identify with him, and there I sat weeping, hoping my coworker sitting next to me wasn't aware, though I'm sure she was!

Seeker1950, I saw Paul Potts on tv and he is amazing and even has a CD out already. Wonderful talent and such an amazing life story, i teared up a little myself...........pj56..........xo

Yes, and, yet, there are many out there who criticize him for lack of training or not enough strength in his voice. I found his "imperfections" to be part of the endearment and resulting devotion among his fans. His humility and speaking of "lack of confidence" is something with which we can all identify!

some people will find something to criticize on anyone no matter how good the person is. esp on shows like this.. u gotta just shrug it of i guess
