Hallie, I work with a couple of Sp.Ed aides who are my good friends at work. They are very special people, and I think you will do a wonderful job! Wish you worked at my school!

Hallie,

My wife works as a special ed instructional aide and loves it. She has done it for eight years. She works one-on-one with an autistic kid, as well as helping with the rest of the class. She finds it very rewarding.

Good luck! I hope you get the position.
