I'll start, I think if I think about kindness, it will soften the rough spots that cut me inside, even hurt, so here goes ...

please join in if you feel you need to soften the hard corners with facing your inner kindness:

I like to smile at people who look lonely, drawn and alone.
If they say something, besides smile in return, like 'hi' - I will tell them to have a pleasant afternoon - something like that

(yeah, I know I'm bossy, but this is a good thing to do with it)
