Today, Fozzie was neutered, and had his dew claws removed. I know I could have foregone having the dewclaws removed, but they are really hard to trim, and he was giving me gashes on my arms which are still healing. Most vets recommend this.
I am attaching a pic of him....He's actually much himself, and wanting to torment the yellow coon cat, who is curious since Fozzie is a bit slower in attacking him! Please click on the attachment link above to see Fozzie.

Oh!! Thank you so much, Mary Alice! The vet told me he can't get those bandages wet, and it's supposed to rain here for the rest of the week! He has been spending his days out in the fenced yard with his new doghouse, but I'm thinking I should contain him in his kennel cage for the next few days while I'm at work. Wish I had had the dewclaws done while I was home for the summer! They also gave me pain medication for him as well as antibiotics, and I hope these will help him heal very fast!

I couldn't leave him outside today in the fenced yard with doghouse since it was raining all day, and he can't get his wrappings wet. I let him out this morning early to go potty, and not wanting to leave him in his crate all day, I left him in the bathroom with food and water and a towel to lie on. Little fella didn't even make a mess! And he left his wrappings alone.
He's all frisky and playful today. I will have to call the vet again tomorrow to see when I can remove the leg wrappings.
