I have fishtanks in my house and I will take the time to sit, breathe and watch the fish. It calms me down a bit.
Also works wonders with my soon to be 1 year old. It calms him down tons when he is upset.(also was a good way to teach him the handsign for the word fish. took his mind off being mad.)

What are Mandalas???

My suggestion is go to Youtube and watch kitty videos. There are some really cute videos of kittens and cats and a Japanese man who has over 200 videos of his kitties in Okinawa. His name ends with Amatsuhiko or look for Fugachi's Family videos. Fugachi is one of his lovely cats.

Also you can go to I Can Haz Cheezburges and see funny cat pictures with funny cat sayings misspelled as thought the kitties have written them. One I love shows a very sad looking kitty sitting on his hind paws with front paws drooping who sadly says, "I made u a cookie, but I eated it." They are cute...you have to see them my delivery lacks something without the pictures...

Get on the phone with a good friend. I just got off the phone with a great friend... she had me laughing for almost an hour. Sure melts the stress away for the time being.

I enjoy writing down my feelings when I'm stressed, it helps me to make them feel more concrete

I like to cook or bake and then give the food to my neighbors.

I've been walking and jogging lately...that helps me a lot. Listening to music I enjoy takes my mind away... Playing online games helps as well... Reading a book.... Talking to a friend...

Try playing freecell! If you ever get really frustrated, you can clear out the stats and it looks like you've never lost :-)
