Friends,
Who else works from home here? Anyway I just started teaching a new online class today. I don't have to go teach "live" (in the classroom) until Thursday. So today I am sitting at my desk in my flannel pajamas. I have on the red ones with white snowflakes. We haven't had any snow here yet in Kansas, but the weatherman said something about flurries on Thursday.  This is the way it was in the Spring semester, the worst weather day was almost always the day I had to make my 70-mile trek over two-lane roads to the campus. Ain't life grand? Have a good day everyone! EJ

woo hoo! sounds kind of relaxing while you teach lol. now for a nice cup of cocoa! hehe don't forget the marshmellows!

It's definitely ideal with the temps going down. This new online class is pretty cool. It looks like my students are going to be from around the country. The first one to introduce themself is from Washington state. EJ  Quote:

I'm writing a dissertation from home, if that counts?. To be honest it's pretty lonely. I live 11 miles from school now and don't have a reason to go anyway too often, so the only person I talk to is my husband. Because also I don't have any friends
