what area do you work or volunteer in?
I work with young people under 25. I volunteer with a child care place also. |

I work as an RN at different Hospitals throughout the Portland Metro area, and I volunteer at a NO KILL cat shelter as a veterinary asst and kitty housekeeper. I also volunteer doing a charity haunted house for my local community each year at Halloween.

I am on disability and volunteer wherever I can. Thursday should be a rough volunteer session. I am helping at the health center where they are giving flu shots to members of the health care providers. Doctors and nurses are the worst patients. But that day I get to tell them what to do. hehehehehe

I work with children who need care before school starts (6:30 a.m.) and also babysit for kids who need care after school. During school hours, I have been placed in a 3rd grade classroom for credit towards my master's in education degree, which I am persuing part time. I also volunteer watching kids at my church while the women have their Bible study

I work as an accountant for a multinational medical devices company. I volunteer on the telephone support lines at my psych hospital. I also help administrate a large web forum for self injury support.

I work at a takeout counter at a food place =) I deal with people all day on the phone and in person.
I am also a student but I'm on medical leave right now

I am currently volunteering at the Library book store within the main library downtown. I'm also a student but taking this year off to work (still searching for a job!) to save up to take the SSW Program (Social Service Worker) next September. After the completion of that two year program, I hope to go into the field of social work and work specially with the mental health area

i volunteer at the animal shelter. its fun we were able to play with the animails. they have a bull mastiff that is really big yet is so gentle we hope it goes to a good home but we hope he stay just a little longer so we can play with him more the others are just as much fun the wrk is easy and the people are fun. One person likes music really loud so we can sing and play too.
