I've posted the question about this in the Health thread, but that is not a very active thread, so I wanted to ask it here also.
Have any of you used any of the acai berry products?
A fellow teacher is selling this Monavie brand of Acai liquid. She says it helps with joint health, etc. I did some research on the Acai products, and found that the Monavie is not the best...It's more like a money-making pyramid scheme. My coworker tried to elicit me to sell it for a startup price of $200 and then the same amount monthly, which would put another notch in her pyramid.
I just told her I couldn't afford it.
But! I did find information that Acai is a good product. I've ordered the Acai berry pulp from Amazon.com under the product name, "Amazon Thunder," which gets good reviews, compared to the Monavie, which reviewers said did not much to nothing.
I just wondered if any of you here have used any of the Acai products.

Sounds a lot like another product called Xango, made from the Mangosteen fruit. Always worth a try though if it's affordable.

V-8 makes an Acai-based fruit juice called Fusion, it is relatively inexpensive, and very popular, I drink one container of it a week.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
