for Easter weekend, for my daughter and her family to join me. It's on Nolin Lake, near caves. I suspect this will be the last extended visit I will have with them before they depart for Turkmenistan for teaching jobs. I've been desperately sad about their decision to move to this Muslim country, but thru much personal and spiritual work on my own, I'm trying to be strong and since they are determined to do this, also supportive and upbeat.
The cabin is lovely. I also plan to go get some of the spaghetti sauce from a small mom and pop Italian restaurant which I craved while I was pregnant with my daughter. She inherited my love of their sauce, which is unique and unlike any other. Hope to color some eggs for a Sunday morning Easter egg hunt with the 6 year old twin grandsons. Maybe do some fishing or visiting caves nearby. Patty |

See your coming to my neighborhood Patty. You'll have a wonderful time. If the grand kids are young they might like Dinosaur World too. It's right next to Mammoth Cave National Park, right off I65. And then there is also Lost River Cave in Bowling Green, where you can take a boat ride inside the cave, It's pretty cool. HAve a wonderful week-end.

I live an hour from Nolin and it is some great fishing. I agree with Monty you should take the grandbabies to dinosaur world. They can dig for their own "fossils". It so much fun out in Cave City.

Beech Bend Park doesn't open the amusement park until May 1st. But when they open they have a new ride this year that used to be at Micheal Jackson's Neverland Ranch. Kind of wierd and interesting at the same time.
