I found a website that helps you track what you eat and keep a journal of your exercise habits.

It is www.thedailyplate.com. You need to signup with a different website but it takes you back to the daily plate. You plug in your current weight and how many pounds you want to lose each week and it tells you how many calories you need to eat based on your activity level. For me I want to lose 2 pounds a week and I am sedentary I walk a bit but not very much so I get 1,766 calories a day. I went over today but will do better tomorrow. I am going to give my croissants to my mom because those are a big no no. I found out how many calories are in those and about freaked out. So no more for me. I will just watch what I eat and eat more responsibly.

Yes I did go to that website but no one hardly responds to my posts. They seem friendly enough to everyone else but to me they seem to ignore me. Maybe I'm just not getting them on the right forums.
