I'm non med compliant. I have been on my meds for 10 years and I can not say if I have spent 6 months at a time on them. I take 1,500mg Depakote and 25mg Aririprazole for Bipolar 1.

I'm told I'm a typical and will always do this.

I'm wondering if anyone has any help or advice about coming off meds altogether and what i need to do to become well off the meds. I need proof for mt mental health team to take me serious

I do get sometimes sever psychosis, I get manic and hypo-manic too. I'm very rarely suicudal (twice in 10 years).

Thanks for any advice or help

What about just taking the aroproprzole in injection format once every 2 months? or invega which can be once every 3 months? Besides that get people around you, keeping a stricked schedule, maybe get into a day program, proper diet,

There are no day programs here I don't think. There is a day centre but I volunteer there. Thats the only centre here.

Injections have been scrapped as my Psychiatrist and CPN said there was no point as it was only for the Aririprazole and they won't sign off on it. They probably won't change my meds either

I was seeing a dietician prior to COVID-19 but I haven't seen or heard from her since March. I don't know if it will ever go back to seeing her

I see a therapist so I have talking therapy weekly
