Oh, Mimine. I can't even imgaine how hard that must be for you.

I am so sorry firstly that you have lost your pet. Losing a loved pet is hard in ANY circumstances.

And then I am so sorry that you lost her in this way. Yes, it was an accident and it wasn't your fault and you couldn't have foreseen it and you couldn't have prevented it an' allllllll that... but I know you must feel a sickening guilt that it happened this way. I know I would, even while *knowing* that it wasn't my fault.

I'm so so sorry this happened.
Breathe deep. Grieve well.
Nurture you.

I am so sorry that you had that experience. It was an awful accident,

Please remember to self-care at this particular time.

There is a PTSD tape I listen to for such types of memories, by bellaruth naperstak... but there are many experts who also make relaxation and therepuetic tapes for our well-being, I hope you find something to help you heal.

If you want the website, pm me for the best of the best in Drs who specialize in this area of guided imagery and affirmations and relaxation tapes to aide our rest... where all that super good healing takes place.

So if we manage to rest and relax, we are doing our bodies a favor, and letting them heal our emotions and minds from occurances that deep,ly affect us.

Bless your heart, I'm so sorry this has happened to you.

Peace and Love,
Night
