I had 2 girls and 5 boys which were all killed 27 years ago and I just am unable to let it go... It ache's me so much, deep deep down somewhere inside! Anyideas on how to help make the ache go away????

oh hon I am so sorry! I have no idea how you handled losing all those kids at the same time!
![]() I lost a granddaughter in 96. what helped for me was talking about her. even now I still do. she was my life. my entire world! may I ask what happened? if not that is ok hon. I understand. ![]()

I am so sorry to hear this. I cannot imagine such a devastation, much less surviving it. There are not enough hugs in the universe for this. But you have any and all of mine whenever you need or want. My daughter died, so I can identify. For me, I don't think the ache ever goes away. To me, it waxes and wanes, and I believe that's how it's supposed to be. I believe grief becomes an integral part of who we are, along with all our experiences. I try to shape my grief in a positive way. I think it has taught me much. It is also a way for me to be in touch with my daughter. Hope this helps in some small way. ![]() ![]() ![]()
