I was told today that my Great Aunt Bertie died on Monday. I don't know how yet, just that she died. She was 85 and has been ill for several years so it's almost a relief. And my Uncle Reid, her husband, died about a decade ago and she has been depressed ever since he died so I think she is where she wants to be now.

But then a few hours later my sister told me that my grandma (the only one still alive from that generation) was put on an oxygen tank. I guess my sister went to visit her and they did an oxygen test while she was there and she was only at 85% and pretty out of it so now she is pretty much bed-ridden.

The funeral is Friday but I can't make it home by then so I'll have to miss it. Just looking for some hugs right now

(((((((((((big gentle hugs)))))))))) I am so sorry for your loss. I am sure your grandma will be more with it now that she has the oxygen hon. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.
