a little over a week ago, our best friend passed on .
this was such a shock, as she was only 46. her family seem to be coping as well as can be expected, and we are helping where we can.

i wish i could say that we are. its like a nightmare that we cant wake up from.
keep asking the same questions .......... why , why ,why .

why's are never forthcoming. I know that doesn't help. Having lost a loved one 5 months ago to suicide, I know that all too well. Being there for the family and for each other, talk it out, express your sadness, your anger, you questions. I'm so sorry for your loss...it is so hard on those of us left behind, how ever the death occurred.

(((( Therealme ))))

It is so hard and my condolences go out to you. Our family recently lost a dear friend (to suicide) and it has been a sadness so great to bear. You are not alone in your grieving, Therealme. The days are seeming not quite as bleak but it is still hard. The why questions, the anger, the sadness. Here is hoping you will find some peace and the family as well.

Hunny

((therealme)) - so sorry you lost your dear friend. May I ask what caused the death? My prayers go out to you and her family.

the cause of death was put down as heart desease.
we went over to the families home yesterday, and it was so hard to be in the room with the family members.... i wanted to come out with the right words, but they wouldnt come.
just wanted to cry, so i walked outside with the kids and watched them play.
