we lost a friend recently sshe did not die um she turned out not to be the person we thought she was I hhave lost alot of people through death how do you go about grieving someone who is still alive aand basically not wanting to be a part of your life anymore?? how do you llet go?

I don't know how to answer that question, but I am so sorry this has happened and that you have dealt with a lot of death because its the worse thing to deal with in my opinion. I would suggest seeing a therapist about this. I hope things get better for you.

It is certainly not uncommon to grieve over someone who is still alive. In fact we can grieve over many things including a place, a disability, a job, etc..Just like in grief over a death, we just have to let our minds heal and take care of ourselves. Talk to as many people that will listen to help sort it out in your mind and possibly give you some comfort.
