Want to talk about it a little more........?
Sometimes there are no words that fit at a time like this. We do care. |

I lost my daughter in the day after Easter this year. If you would like to talk, just let me know.

Our thoughts are with you. Loss is very difficult, confusing, complex and often sad. Know that you could possibly go through many different emotions as you look at your loss. It can bring depression and anxiety if not look at, so it is good to try to go through the process of looking at the loss. Hunny

I agree with Hunny. Grief is a difficult emotion to process and talking about it, is one of the more positive ways to handle it. The best way I can describe grief is: it's like the waves of the ocean - sometimes it's calm, sometimes choppy and sometimes a big wave knocks you down. Most people are afraid to feel the pain, but feeling is how we deal with the loss - so it's okay....let yourself feel the emotions.
