I just slept off and on all day. I did not bother to groom myself or get dressed. I am ignoring emails from family and friends. Even though I feel bad ignoring them I just can't be bothered. I have no medication. I ran out of my xanax early.

how long has it been since your loss? I think depression is a big part of grieving. I think too the path to healing is acceptance of the loss. that takes time.

((la mujer)) - I'm sorry you're grieving. Grieving is a normal part of life, but there's healthy grieving and unhealthy grieving. If you're not taking care of yourself, then it may be reaching the unhealthy stage. I know it's so painful but don't punish yourself. I want you too muster the strength, to do a few good things for yourself.
