I'm following the advice of Shakespear:

"Give sorrow words; the grief that does not speak
Whispers the oe'r fraught heart, and bids it break."

There are no words to say words are not enough. Never over?

I'm coming to you , to find you - in the dirt like you shouldve found me. That stone is my last chance concrete test of whats real. In life people come and go disappear and talk in whispers that echo louder once they are gone. Maybe the dead are more solid- at least they stand still where you put them and long enough to be seen.
I cant remember what your voice sounds like anymore.

Im leaving monday. I'll see you next week. You better show up.
Your loving daughter ( I know what I mean by "love"- I don't know what everybody else means by it)

BTW Dad, I didnt ever tell you how %#@&#! up I am cause I didnt want you going to your grave with that- but Im supposed to be the one whose dissociative right? Well, I didnt set the pattern out for people to be quick change artists or to pop in and out like a jack-in-the-box - thats wasnt me- that was already in progress in the human behavior and I just cant watch out for it. You were that way. Talk to you later.

PS- Im bringing rain so at least your flowers will bloom-
I always bring water

Hi Kathy,

What beautiful posts. I was not familiar with that Shakespeare quote. It is great!!

Don't feel guilty about what you could not help. Guilt has a way of creeping in when we're not looking. Throw guilt out, if you can.

We're here for you.

you're completely right...."it" is never completely over...it becomes part of the threads of life....and part of a pattern that, when viewed in full, is rich and beautiful

Kathy,

While you're at Barnes and Noble, swing by the music dept. and (if you haven't already) pick up Neil's latest CD, Prarie Wind.

I guarantee you will like it...
