Hello everyone
Just thought I should introduce myself. I have been widowed a year and a half and came here searching for some answers. Will post questions after getting to know others experiences here. Beck |

Hi Beck. First of all, let me offer my sympathy for your loss. I lost my mother to cancer 1 1/2 years ago, which started what seemed like a fad in my family. I lost 4 people in a span of 1 1/2 years. It's been really hard.

Hey Beck. Welcome! I'm glad you came here and I hope you'll stick around. There are some wonderful people here. I'm terribly sorry for your loss. I lost my grandmother who I was very close to a almost two years ago to cancer. It was a very tough time and I still miss her quite often. Feel free to talk to us when you're comfortable. We're always here to lend an ear. Take care.

Hi Beck,
I lost my husband around 10 years ago. It's hard for sure. You are welcome to PM me if you need to talk. It's not something you get over, but time does help in some ways. ((((((((hugs))))))))) if wanted.

While I have not lost my spouse, I have lost my only daughter about 8 years ago and I still have some hard times..... but with Father Time and caring Loved Ones to lean on I am able to enjoy seeing the Sun shine again. LoVe, Rhapsody - |
