So, in therapy my T and I are working on grief and loss...more specifically related to my sisters death 24 years ago when I was 9. I never really grieved the loss of her and lately we've made some connections back to her death. So, decided it was time to work with grief and loss.
I'm TERRIFIED! Just the thought of grieving makes me physically sick to my stomach. Sometimes to the point of vomiting. Yuck! I don't know if I can do this. I'm terrified. Any suggestions for getting through this with at least a bit of grace? |

try looking into mindfulness...letting the thoughts, feelings, sensations come to you, recognizing them and letting them go instead of holding on to them and creating crisis in your life. there is lots about it on the internet. take care.
