Feeling very lonely after the death of my grandmother. It was quick, unexpected and she was only 75. I loved her more than anything. Anyway, I haven't been able to properly feel or grieve as my mom has been a mess and I can't completely fall apart as well.

Today I feel so alone... is that normal? I've never lost someone so close before, my emotions are a mess.
