i'm sorry you're having such a hard time right now. saying that time will help doesn't make much sense when the pain is so hard and presses us down.....but, one day you will notice that you don't hurt quite as much as you did.........keep posting......xoxoxo pat

Samm, I'm sorry your sleep is still not easy or restful. But I'm glad you are eating better; that is something so good for you. You're taking good care of yourself when you eat better. Keep doing that and sleep when you can. It's all you can do.

You miss your Dad. It's hard. Does it make you feel afraid, too?

I hope you are surprised by a really good night's sleep soon.

Samm,

I'm sorry the loss of your Dad is making it so hard for you to get much needed rest at night.

I know what you mean-my boyfriend and dog have both passed less than a year apart (July '06 and March '07) loss and eating loss and eating. I didn't have much of an appetite after each passed but now I need to be stricter with my diet and WORK OUT more-that raises the endorphin levels in your brain and makes you feel better!
