I am sorry I hope I don't trigger anyone but I need help trying to deal with the loss of my Mom I miss her so bad I feel like I am all alone even more now she kept me going and I don't have a good support team around me I am so scared all the time and I cry non stop so how do we with panic and agoraphobia deal with the loss ?

I am so sorry for your loss. It is a huge and profound loss. My mom died in April so it's been about 8 months for me. I joined a local grief support group, which really helps. I, too, feel alone in the world, even though I am not alone. But I am an orphan now. Dad died in 2001.
Remember that you are not alone and you will feel better, but it will take time. Check your local hospital or hospice for a grief support group. Post here as much as you can. Talk about your feelings, don't hold them in. (((HUGS))) |

Condolences regarding your Mom's passing SillyBean..... My Mom passed away when I was 20 years old unexpectedly.... (13 years ago)...
It gets better over time.... You need to grieve and heal.... Hang in there... You will eventually make peace with her passing.... ![]()
