A friend of mine came to my house (and another called) to inform me that my dear friend, Paul, has died. He has been in poor health and has not received needed treatment, partly because he has no insurance and partly, I think, because he has been in denial.
I have known him for over twenty years and he was one of my true friends that I knew I could call anytime and he would be there for me. He was only 55 years old. I am going to miss him.

Thanks for the support. I think I am in denial right now. I didn't realize how sick he had gotten.
