I just found out last night that an old friend killed herself. I'm numb. My mind is just racing. I don't know what to do or say. I'm trying to just relax and let it go but that's not working.

Thanks all for being so wonderful.

Hi DelusionsDaily, I'm so sorry for your loss
It sounds like you're in shock right now, which is completely understandable. And you're going to have a lot of feelings to process, a lot thoughts and maybe questions going around in your head............
It can be a really hard time, but if you want to talk about it we're here for you. Remember you're not alone.

The viewing is today I plan on getting there around 4. My nerves are shot. I probably won't stay very long but we'll see.

Thanks all for being so wonderful.

Hi DelusionsDaily, hoping it's not too hard for you
Just remember to try to see the person you knew, the person you cared about, your friend past anything else at the viewing.
That's the person you're going to be holding onto.

Super huggles to you You will never totally understand it. Time/years will make it a bit easier, but will not erase the loss.

Thanks. I feel really heavy and speechless. Went to viewing for 2ish hours. Not going to go to the funeral tomorrow. It brings up a lot for me. All things considered that could've been me. I mean all the attempts in the past. Sorry just thinking out loud.

Thanks all for being so wonderful.
