Recently my uncle passed away and I'm not blaming my bipolar disorder for the way I'm feeling but just needed to vent , I will be feeling okay and then just get really sad and flooded with emotions . I don't know if things will ever go back to normal with me and my family . Any suggestions for how to deal with this loss ?

Hello Keltielin02: I'm sorry you are experiencing this sorrow. I'm an older person now. But I grew up in an elderly extended family. I spent a large chunk of my growing-up years going to one funeral after another as each of them died off one after the other. All I can say is that time does heal at least most wounds. Simply try to be gentle with yourself during this difficult period. And allow time to take its course...
