Her husband called and said she was cooking. Then she collapsed and he called 911 but she was gone by the time they got to the hospital.

I'm just in shock she was only 41. We were like sisters she even lived with us for a while.

I don't know what her husband is going to do. He's a truck driver and they have a 2 year old with special needs. Just so sad

Rain, I am so sorry for your loss. No wonder you are in shock. It was so sudden.

Grief is not just one event that happens today and yesterday is forgottern. To me it is like some of the strands of my own self seem to die. That is a lot to bear alone. Hope you have others to support you in your hour of grief.

Keep us updated on how you are doing.

Still waiting for the coroner's report to find out what happened. We've been friends for 35 years. 41 seems so young to be gone. It still just seems surreal but I'm dealing with it. This will leave a hole for a long time to come.

So sorry to hear that. 41 is too young to pass away. It doesn't sound like she suffered and that is a good thing. It could have been a blood clot or aneurysm in which there would have been nothing anyone could have done. I hope she is at peace and that the father will have a lot of support moving forward with this young child. It's always such a shock for someone to pass away so unexpectantly. I hope you find some peace with this, thoughts and prayers are with you and her family.

Thanks sweetie I appreciate it.

Her husband is getting her ashes back tomorrow and in the near future will be having a memorial service. He said they told him it could be 2 weeks before we know what happened because they are waiting on toxicology to come back.

I am so sorry, 41 is so young. I have lost 2 brothers who died very young (15 and 39) Life is so unfair sometimes.
