i lost my dad a few months ago...we were really close. he had lewy body dementia. i was one of his primary caregivers.
my daily life has changed. i used to go see him every day. i still have a lot of meaning in my life and a lot of wonderful things but i miss him so much... i think all the time about my last few months with him...im just sad all the time.
i dont really share my feelings with many people...theres no advice anyone can give me to make this easier; i know i just need to get through it....sometimes it just feels so overwhelming.

So sorry for your loss. It's nice you got to spend time with him before he passed.
