A friend that I knew in the model horse hobby took her life a few months ago. I never met her but we talked on-line and phone. She was very sweet and an excellent artist. I did not know she was depressed until she was gone. Last night I saw a dozen horses posted to sale on another site and I realized she is really gone. There won't be any more horses painted, no more emails, never can I meet her. I wanted so badly to buy one of the horses but I don't have the money to buy. I have one horse that she painted for me. I have him displayed by my fireplace. I will keep him always. I am sad that she is gone.

I am naming my horse that she painted Dragonfly.

my friend took her life
